Glassy Reality an Abandoned Self
Beyond me a world I can't see,
my hollow, transparent eyes
Unable to catch it's glow.
Looks like I will never be,
and left to freeze under the snow. Cracked and shattered is my reality,
And I hide, shelled within my lies.
The boon of “I am”, God couldn't bestow;
A soul within myself also I couldn't see.
I sit, within a body devoid and hollow. Hold up to me a mirror and set me free.
Let me see, let me hear my cries,
and a river which could never flow.
O God! From this torment set me free
and pull me out from under the snow. A find day I'll disappear permanently
and finally go to paradise…
left to freeze under the snow.
The only thing I wanted was to be,
but was left to freeze under the snow.
my hollow, transparent eyes
Unable to catch it's glow.
Looks like I will never be,
and left to freeze under the snow. Cracked and shattered is my reality,
And I hide, shelled within my lies.
The boon of “I am”, God couldn't bestow;
